Exhibition:
Big 5 Show Egypt is the region’s leading international building and construction exhibition, connecting professionals across materials, systems, and technologies shaping the future of construction.
Client:
Heliophos is a leading innovator in smart coating technologies, offering advanced solutions across industrial flooring, protective coatings, decorative systems, and elastomers. The company stands out for its R&D-driven product development and commitment to sustainability.
Role
Developed a design concept inspired by the brand’s pillars: Sustainability, Technology, and Innovation
Delivered a 6m-high visual centerpiece (“the Hat”) featuring integrated LED screens, brand lighting, and symbolic green detailing
Designed 5 branded product pillars, each representing a solution category with digital screens
Created functional yet open visitor zoning, including a hospitality & catering area
Managed production, on-site execution, and dismantling post-event
Challenge
Compact footprint (72 sqm island booth) had to accommodate numerous visual and functional elements
Ensuring smooth visitor flow with no congestion or dead zones
Integrating tech and brand symbolism (green = sustainability) in a visually coherent layout
Delivering within tight deadlines and pre-Eid schedule limitations
Solution
Employed a smart zoning strategy, distributing zones across key visual anchors (Hat, pillars, hospitality) while keeping all sides open
Utilized lightweight, modular structures to maintain openness and ease movement
Integrated interactive content and digital screens to communicate the Heliophos brand pillars effectively
Maintained brand harmony with sustainable textures, green accents, and tech-driven finishes throughout
